Hello, I’m

Rebecca Lefebvre

RN, BSN, BSW

Senior Care Consultant

I help older adults and their families understand their care needs, explore their options, and make informed decisions with confidence.

My Approach

Practical Guidance . Real Experience

My work is grounded in nearly 30 years of experience as registered nurse, social worker, healthcare educator, and quality/compliance improvement leader. I bring a systems perspective and a deep respect for the individual—because good care isn’t about services, it’s about people, values, and what matters most.

A Career Spanning People, Practice and Systems

My work has taken me many places within healthcare, including— acute care hospitals and clinical education to community-based services, population health, hospice and palliative care, complex care management, and residential care. This breadth of experience has given me a perspective that extends beyond any single care setting, allowing me to see how the pieces fit together and help individuals and families navigate the complexities of healthcare with greater clarity and confidence.

Nursing

Acute care, maternal-newborn, pediatrics, NICU, hospice, home health and PACE

Social Work

Advocacy, complex conversations, care navigation, and support for individuals and families.

Education

Nursing instructor and clinical faculty at University of Colorado, Regis University, and FRCC

Quality + Systems

Healthcare leadership, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and residential care.

Also an Artist

The Same Curiosity . A Different Expression

My art and writing explore the same questions that shape my healthcare work—belonging, connection, and what it means to be human. Through Murmuration in Motion and other creative projects, I invite people to slow down, notice, and see themselves as part of something larger. Creativity has been a source of insight, healing, and perspective in my life.
