A decade ago, Sara and I met. Quickly I learned–her love of nature, botanicals and creative vision are unparalleled. As we’ve grown personally and professionally, we’ve watched our lives weave themselves together magically like vines on a tree. In addition to her extensive farm apothecary and herbal creations, Sara founded BOTANICA (an ethnobotanical celebration of the plant world) in 2018. Since its beginnings, I’ve been a vendor and/or an instructor offering workshops sharing with attendees my blend of mindfulness, nature and creativity. Expanding upon our dual vision to provide artistic education and nature workshops, I approached Sara in 2023 after closing my art studio and gallery (The Hearth) about offering outdoor painting classes at the farm. Beginning in 2024, we’re very excited to announce this very special partnership and offer painting class showcasing the beauty of the farm and its surrounding landscape.

ABOUT THREE LEAF FARM

Located just outside Boulder, Colorado and nestled along the Coal Creek, Three Leaf Farm was established in 2010. Farming organic herbs and vegetables, 100% of their harvest is used in their restaurants and for their exclusive tea blends. Designated a Botanical Sanctuary in 2013, the farm is an education center highlighting the importance of supporting sustainable food systems and living in harmony with nature. In addition to their seasonal bounty and year-round workshops, Three Leaf Farm hosts festivals, farm dinners, and private events throughout the year.
